• Worked with a team that focuses on Management Reports, MIS Analytics and People Management.
• Use Business Intelligence Tools to design analytics dashboards for management
• Perform analysis and reporting of productivity & operational MIS data
• Producing monthly reports to regional stakeholders
• Implement governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of program deliverables
• Benefit tracking of initiatives and reporting on initiative status
• Support in resource allocation projects, including headcount management
• Manage content and access control on SharePoint
• Coordinate with stakeholders and prepare presentation slides for on-boarding of new joiners & quarterly town hall events - Job Description
- • Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Analytical, ability to work independently, organized and have a problem solving mindset;
• Ability to design analytical dashboards
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking and ability to articulate with strong presentation skills will be an advantage.
• Effective written and verbal communicator and team player.
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Experience in bank operations preferred but not compulsory.
• Knowledge on VBA is an added advantage
• Proficient in Business Intelligence Tools will be a plus(Example: QlikView)
• Fresh graduate eligible
