Operation Analyst Intern (Data / Business Analytics) 

Upskills is seeking a highly motivated candidate for the following responsibilities:

•  Work with a team that focuses on Management Reports, MIS Analytics and People Management.

•  Use Business Intelligence Tools to design analytics dashboards for management

•  Perform analysis and reporting of productivity & operational MIS data

•  Producing monthly reports to regional stakeholders

•  Implement governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of program deliverables

•  Manage content and access control on SharePoint

•  Coordinate with stakeholders and prepare presentation slides for on-boarding of new joiners

Requirements:

•  Degree / Diploma undergraduates with a passion in Business / Data Analytics are welcomed to apply

•  Knowledge of VBA / Macro or  experience with Business Intelligence Tools will be required (Example: QlikView, Tableau, Cognos)

•  Analytical, ability to work independently, organized and have a problem solving mindset;

•  Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking and strong presentation skills will be an advantage

• Financial / Banking knowledge or experience will be advantageous but not necessary
