- Job Description
- Responsibilities:• Answering to customer (buyer) inquiry through email and call in relation with shipping, delivery and merchant.
• Processing of order from customers’ purchase to parcels’ arrival.
• Guiding merchants’ shipping / response status to improve their service quality.
• Taking proactive action against any kind of customers’ claim in relation with merchant and logistic companies
• Keeping consistent delivery performance from delivery and logistics company.
• Troubleshooting the case in relation with warehouse and delivery company.
• Specific work could be changed by situation.Requirements:Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent with at least six months similar experience.- Good understanding of Qoo10/Lazada/Rukuten platform.
- Strong interest in logistics management and customer service management.
- Good problem solving and meticulous.
- Outgoing personality with an enthusiasm for challenges.
- Assertive and proactive with service quality mindset.
- A self-starter, able to multi-task and take stress on the stride.
- Confident in dealing with external and internal parties.
- Able to handle complains/feedbacks/concerns diplomatically.
- Under graduate and fresh graduate from local universities are also welcome to apply.
