Operation Analyst (Data / Business Analytics) Internship - 6 Months
Upskills is seeking a highly motivated candidate for the following responsibilities:

Upskills is seeking a highly motivated candidate for the following responsibilities:
- Work with a team that focuses on Management Reports, MIS Analytics and People Management.
- Use Business Intelligence Tools to design analytics dashboards for management
- Perform analysis and reporting of productivity & operational MIS data
- Producing monthly reports to regional stakeholders
- Implement governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of program deliverables
- Manage content and access control on SharePoint
- Coordinate with stakeholders and prepare presentation slides for on-boarding of new joiners
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Business Analytics / Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
- Undergraduates and fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Analytical, ability to work independently, organized and have a problem solving mindset;
- Ability to design analytical dashboards
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking and strong presentation skills will be an advantage
- Knowledge on VBA is an added advantage
- Proficient in Business Intelligence Tools will be a plus(Example: QlikView)
- Financial / Banking knowledge or experience will be advantageous but not necessary
