Basic Functions:
Assist the Executive Chef on daily operations.
Responsibilities :
1. Menu Execution
a. Food presentation, Portioning, Platting, Taste, Cooking method and Freshness
b. Correct Cooking Process
c. Follow Handbook and Manuals to ensure Consistency
2. Operational Issues
a. Assist roll out of Marketing Projects or Promotional Menus
b. To maintain hygiene standards within the restaurant compliant to that of NEA standards are maintained
c. Follow and carried out Daily Cleaning Procedures. Signed off when done
3. On-Job-Training
a. Follow instructions given in service and kitchen procedures
b. Adhere to Company’s House Rules and Policies
c. Follow Standard Service and Kitchen Procedures and carried out in details
4. Security On Cash, Properties/Assets
a. Responsible for Managing all Stock Inventory
- Minimum 1 year of operational experience in an F&B operation
- Able to commit at least 6 months of Internship
- Proficient in MS Office
