Job Description

Support the finance function in Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables processes.

 Assist in the preparation of invoices and matching of receipts
 Assist in the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
 Preparation and mailing statement of accounts and reminders.
 Assist in the monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
 Updating of fees schedule
 Assist in payment process
 Adhoc tasks

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

 Possess basic accounting knowledge.
 Good communication skills.
 Proficient in common Microsoft software, especially Excel and SUN.
 Meticulous and able to cope with pressure.
 Team player.
