Job Description: Support the finance function in Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables processes.

§ Assist in the preparation of invoices and matching of receipts

§ Assist in the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

§ Preparation and mailing statement of accounts and reminders.

§ Assist in the monthly reconciliation of bank accounts

§ Updating of fees schedule

§ Assist in payment process
