- Job Description
- We are looking for an
intern to support our Central Kitchen and Operations department in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in compiling and organising recipes for Central Kitchen
- Assist in drafting and compiling Standard Operating Procedures for Service and Central Kitchen
Data Entry and Filing for Operations administrative works
Assist in compiling ingredients and market lists
- Assist with operations costing and work with Procurement Department for orders
Desired Skills and Experience:
Preferably have with F&B company/related experience
Positive and detail-oriented
Computer savvy
Ability to work independently & excellent time management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to translate English documents to Chinese and vice versa
