Job Description: Responsibilities:

Coordinate delivery and shipment with supplier & ventures
Check and prepare shipping documentations from supplier
Process documents for Letter of Credit (L/C) negotiations, L/C issuance
Follow up with bank for L/C related matters
Monitor and track Shipments with freight forwarder
Update Daily/Monthly Shipment Reports
Perform Landed Cost analysis
Requirements:

Bachelor/Master Student in Accounting/Logistic
Attention to details
Interest in operations and logistic applied to e-commerce
Advance Excel Knowledge
