Oculus Pte Ltd – Logistics Officer

- Receiving, checking, picking, scanning and packing of goods

- Handling daily return­exchange goods from customers

- Roadshow set up preparation, top­up and checking

- Ensuring inventory stock are identified, updated and stored as per allocated locations

- Conducting physical stock counts on annual and cyclical basis

- Maintaining tidiness & cleanliness in the warehouse at all times

- Work  with  customer  service  team,  shipping  officer,  planner,  production  department and sales team in ensuring smooth order fulfilments

- Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by the superior

- Working in an air­conditioned environment

- Minimum GCE 'O'  Level

- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

- Physically fit with good working attitude

- Able to work well independently and as part of a team with good interpersonal skills

- Has initiative and is responsible

- Proficient in MS Office

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates

- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
