Responsibilities

Upskills is seeking a highly motivated candidate with good computer system knowledge (Windows) to help in supporting our internal IT requirements and building admin tools. You will be responsible for, and not limited to:

- Provide support on hardware and software troubleshooting to users.

- Follow up on IT requests (new installations, network, routers)

- Propose, Build and roll-out tools to manage all internal IT support tasks more efficiently

- Escalate and work with higher level on resolution of problem

Requirements
- Looking for undergraduates / fresh graduates from Computer Science or Computer Engineering background.
- Must be fully proficient in Windows OS, with Unix, and some programming language being a plus. 

- knowledge of network and NAS technologies would be a plus

- Good command of spoken & written English

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

- A fast learner and able to work independently
