Job Description
Responsibilities
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates to strengthen internal team;
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example newspapers, websites, magazines;
- Using candidate databases to match the right person to the projects’ vacancy;
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of potential candidates;
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
- Preparing CVs and correspondence in respect of suitable applicants;
- Take part in develoing the Learning & Development
- Work closely with Business Development and HR&Admin Executive;
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder in any disciplines. Banking and Finance will be a plus.
- Previous experience in recruiting will be a plus.
- Meticulous, able to process requests in a timely manner.
- Ability to prioritize work, follow-up on open actions
- Works well in a team with positive working attitude.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Singaporeans or PRs preferred.
- Available Immediately.
