- Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Greeting customers once they step into the shop
- Up-selling additional products (tea leaves & Pineapple Juice) to customers
- Collect order for customers who wish to purchase (if being task to be a cashier)
- Sharing information with customers about Sunnyhills
- Handling of delivery orders thru emails & phone call
- Attending shop meetings (weekly)
- Assisting with preparation of tea leaves, brew cold tea and cakes for sampling
- Cash register operation
- Training new Service Associates
- Keeping the shop clean and tidy
Requirements:
- Pleasant and well-groomed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- The position is a hands-on, customer focused role and as such we require someone with drive, efficiency and assertiveness
- High initiative and positive attitude
