Job Description

• Achieve sales targets and drive profitability through implementation of various retail operations strategies.
• Take part in the strategy planning process for continuous sales improvements.
• Maintain and update CRM / clientele development activities at a boutique level.
• Consistently uphold the brand’s image as the brand ambassador and drive excellent customer service across the floor.
• Coach, train and develop the sales team / sales associates in various aspects. E.g. customer service, product training, brand values.

Job Requirement

• Good attitude and responsible character
• Friendly and charismatic personality with a strong passion for customer service
• Basic understanding of cameras and keen eye for visual display will be an added advantage
• Confident nature with positive learning attitude
• Experience in luxury sales / retail operation
