Job Description

(Regular working time: Monday - Friday, 9.30 - 4.30PM)

Accounts & Customer Service Support

(Note that trainings will be given for this job & minimum commitment is 2-3 months)

As Customer Service Support - Responsibilities

  • Handling sales transaction/service order.
  • Liaising with customers in sales transaction related matters.
  • Analyze customer information & upkeep good customer experience.
  • Administrative tasks & customer newsletter update.
  • Keep records & reports of customer database, interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

As Account Support - Responsibilities

  • Handling sales transaction/service order.
  • Assist in account management and sales/marketing support.
  • Administrative duties & account database updates

Minimum Requirements

  • Pleasant email & phone etiquette
  • Task-focused, meticulous, accurate and resourceful
  • PC proficient, especially in Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Prefer Higher Nitec or Poly Dip.
  • Able to work shift & weekend if necessary.
  • Allowed to work in Singapore.
  • Singaporean and SPR.

Preferred Requirements

  • Candidates with at least 1 year related customer service experience and proven ability in performing basic administrative duties would have an added advantage.
  • Advantage if proficient in Illustrator/Photoshop
