- Obtain customer information including names and addresses;
- Identifies prospects category;
- Follow-up call on promotion;
- Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered;
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
Requirements:
- Effective communication skills;
- Able to adapt quickly, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize;
- Good articulation;
- Flexible;
- Able to speak in Chinese (mandarin) and English.
