Checking forms - Customer and Supplier Database input
Set up master database for tender applications which are finance related
Assist in filing payment vouchers and employee re-imbursements processed
Month end reconciliation setup for various accounts like accruals.
Administrative:- Sorting incoming mails (supplier invoices)
Clean up the Fixed asset schedule, fixed asset register, fixed asset tagging
Interco Purchase and AP payment process. Vouch and check payments against PO/Supplier invoices
Implement schedules for P&L and Balance sheet to be re-vamped and performed on monthly basis
Cyclical asset stocktake
