Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the Operations Manager & Senior Trader on all trade and shipping operations
- Responsible for a full spectrum of shipping operations and documentations
- Work on SAP system for invoicing and matching
- Check letter of credits, payment, sending of documents
- Filing and updating of internal systems for tracking of shipments
QUALIFICATIONS
- Min of O’levels
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in bulk and/or containerized shipments
- Good knowledge of Letters of credit and shipping documentation is a must
- Able to work under fast pace environment and pressure
- Meticulous and able to muti-task
OTHER INFORMATION
- Work in Suntec/Millenia Area
- 5 days work week
- 1 year contract position
