- Responsibilities:
In this internship, you will learn how an e-commerce company works from the inside and get an
opportunity to experience a dynamic work culture.
Provide operational assistance to all users of our website
Provide assistance to the head of operation in fraud management, training will be provided
Assist the program manager with content and knowledge management
Assist on improving the operational processes and guidelines
Assist in ad-hoc tasks on matters pertaining to operations, marketing and sales

Requirements:
Students seeking internships / available flexi hours or taking a gap year are most welcome to
apply.
Ability to troubleshoot, working knowledge of HTML, CRM platforms.
Fun, meticulous individual.
Fluency in a second language (i.e. Japanese, Spanish etc) is a plus.
Ability to think on your feet, implement new strategies and create change.
