HomeAway Asia is a social marketplace where travelling "Guests" can locate and book cool places owned by local "Hosts" in Asia Pacific. The unique places can be an extra cozy room, a cool loft or even a private villa. Guests can develop real connections with their hosts, live like a local and immerse themselves in the culture of their destination.

The operations team manages the travellers’ experience which includes frontline support, trust & safety, payments, and knowledge management.

In this internship, you will learn how an e-commerce company works from the inside and get an opportunity to experience a dynamic work culture.

• Provide operational assistance to all users of our website

• Provide assistance to the head of operation in fraud management, training will be provided

• Assist the program manager with content and knowledge management

• Assist on improving the operational processes and guidelines

• Assist in ad-hoc tasks on matters pertaining to operations, marketing and sales
