Job Description: Preparation of employment contracts and letters
Perform administrative tasks within HR division
Support with implementation of different HR Processes
Coordination of benefits and compensations for the contract staffs
Maintaining the databases of the contract staffs
Advising of the necessary HR related matters
To handle staff counselling and exit interviews when necessary
Handling of the contract staff in the events they face problems and issues at work.
Assisting in payroll of the contract staff at the end of every month
Handling recruitment
Any other ad-hoc duties
