Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered effectively and on time
  • Day-to-day operational category management
  • Understand and utilize various website analytics and platforms to achieve daily objectives
  • Proactively and reactively investigate website behaviour and issues, and collaborate with our Product Managers in developing innovative solutions for them
  • Collaborate and communicate across multiple teams including Buying, Operations, Customer Service and various Marketing Channels (CRM/Newsletter, Social Media, SEO, SEM, etc.)
Requirements:

  • Possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication, Marketing, Finance or equivalent
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in HTML is a plus
