Job Description
- Preparation of employment contracts and letters
- Perform administrative tasks within HR division
- Support with implementation of different HR Processes
- Coordination of benefits and compensations for the contract staffs
- Maintaining the databases of the contract staffs
- Advising of the necessary HR related matters
- To handle staff counselling and exit interviews when necessary
- Handling of the contract staff in the events they face problems and issues at work.
- Assisting in payroll of the contract staff at the end of every month
- Handling recruitment
- Any other ad-hoc duties
