Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience in Recruitment which includes, but are not limited to resume screening, interview arrangement and on-boarding administration
  • Record Managements - new hire documentation and other HR filing
  • Training administration - training needs compilation, training enrolment, logistic management, updating of training records.
  • Government grant administration - training grants, government leave, etc (document collection, submission, tracking)
  • Other administrative assistance that could include office administration

Experience / Knowledge

  • Prior working experience in HR administration will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to maintain clear record keeping system
  • Responsible, self-motivated with good initiatives
  • Ability to maintain good working relationship with people at all levels internally and externally
