- Job Description
Provide support to the finance team across key areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets.
§ Assist in processing vendor payments
§ Validate staff expense reimbursements
§ Update and reconcile inter-company transactions
§ Prepare bank reconciliation and update foreign exchange rates
§ Maintain and audit fixed asset register
§ Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
§ Collaborative team player with good communication skills
§ Proficient in Word and Excel
§ Ideally pursuing either Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting
This stint will give you a glimpse into the core accounting and business processes in a publicly listed company that is also the regional headquarter for Southeast Asia.
