- Job Description
- •Support the Client Servicing Teams providing daily media monitoring services to clients with minimal supervision within the set deadlines•Draft media relations materials such as media invitations, fact sheets, backgrounders, executive biographies under supervision•Develop and maintain media contact lists and databases•Conduct researches on media landscape to identify client-relevant coverage including competitive market and industry information•Analysis and provide recap for client and competitor coverage•Coordinate logistic and schedules for media personnel regarding client events and projects through proactive outreach and/or onsite support•Schedule and coordinate meetings and keep participants advised of any changes•Handle various projects and act as a resource for the Client Servicing Teams as required
