Job Description
Provide support to the finance team across key areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets.
- Assist in processing vendor payments
- Validate staff expense reimbursements
- Update and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Prepare bank reconciliation and update foreign exchange rates
- Maintain and audit fixed asset register
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Collaborative team player with good communication skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
