Job Description
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing team, the Marketing Administrator is responsible for assisting the team in all areas of a marketing strategy from the development of different elements to their execution. This will include anything from assisting with market research to organizing the distribution, or helping to organize an event. He will also be responsible for maintaining the social media marketing tools and managing enquiring generated by visitors to the website (when implemented).

Specific responsibilities include:
• Dealing with invoices
• Monitoring ongoing orders
• Handling customer requests
• Producing weekly reports
• Maintaining client records: CRM
• Social media
• Inventory record (creating and following-up)
• Establishment of direct marketing operation
• Organizing occasional events 
• Creation of marketing support 
• Maintaining websites
