- Job Description
- As a Partner and Supporter Experience intern, you will help us manage our relationship with hundreds of charity organizations and thousands of fundraisers across Asia. You will be the main point of contact for the partner charity organizations and fundraisers, so you will be providing input to the team on which campaign ideas, product features should we be focusing on.Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor ongoing fundraising campaigns and help fundraisers with tips, tricks and ideas to succeed with their campaigns
- Respond to technical support tickets and convey new features, improvements to the product team
- Come up with new fundraising ideas and pitch them to marketing team to increase the pool of fundraisers, donors and charities
We are looking for a go-getter with a willingness to be relentlessly resourceful and making things happen. You should be someone with loads of creativity, a good eye for detail, exceptional verbal/ written communication skills and an ability to work independently with little supervision.
