You’ll be working in the Marketing department, supporting all outlets, including the overseas
branch. We are an intimate team and you’ll have the opportunity to participate in brainstorming
sessions and run with your ideas. We are looking for someone with the confidence to ask
questions, find creative solutions and have great ideas about how to do things differently.
Job Description: Responsibilities
Assist event manager in event coordination & follow up.
Provide logistic planning and support for event
Work & coordinate with the operation staff and external vendors for all events
Work closely with operation team and outlets to execute promotional activities

Requirements
A social media junkie who understands how marketing and content on social media should
work

Strong marketing background and/or knowledge and has a keen interest in marketing in
the F&B industry

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and website
software (WordPress) is a plus

Excellent command of English with a creative flair for writing

Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with changing priorities

Possibility of converting to full time.
