- Facilitate project enhancement for company’s in-house business application
- Conduct system study, gather requirements from users and provide ideas to enhance company’s CRM system
- Support data integrity effort and constantly push for quality of data
- Initiate and provide good project management support for new FY2014 projects
- Support pre/post-launch activities for corporate intranet portal
