- Participate in customer loyalty management projects
- Enhancing processes for customer loyalty data management
- Management of the customer information to the engagement of customer through events
- Assist in the launch and coordination of customer loyalty perks
- Prepare Direct Mailers and electronic Direct Mailers campaigns
- Contribute in the development of marketing collateral to create impactful loyalty events
