Franchising and Licensing Association (Singapore) (FLA), started as Singapore's national franchise body. It was one of the founding members of the World Franchise Council. FLA, formerly known as Singapore International Franchise Association (SIFA), was established in 1993 with the mission to nurture and develop Singapore's franchise industry. Heeding the Singapore Government's call to move towards a knowledge- based economy; coupled with the increasing synergy between Franchising, Branding and Technology Licensing , the Association has taken the initiative of enlarging the membership representation and scope of the Association to include companies engaged in Branding and Technology Licensing. Promoting Singapore as a franchise hub and coupled with members' common objective of business growth and expansion through franchising and licensing formats, the Association seeks to continually promote the platforms of Entrepreneurship and Internationalism in the industry.
Job Description
• Cleaning up, maintaining & building up members’ database
• Assist in research and telemarketing duties on day-to-day basis
• Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Support the team in local events like seminar, workshops and networking sessions for members’
• Support ad-hoc marketing activities and projects
