DHL Global Forwarding Management (Asia Pacific) – Intern

DHL Global Forwarding is the freight forwarding arm of the Deutsche Post DHL Group. It is the global leader in the air and ocean freight markets, focusing on transportation of goods and merchandise to specific destinations.

1. Updating current ISO documentation (Word documents and flow charts)

2. Create new ISO documentation as needed (Word documents and flow charts)

3. Converting such documents to pdf format

4. Support ISO conversion project for region

Requirements:

       a. Good working knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is essential.
b. Hands on with flow-charting tools i.e. Visio would be good

       c.  Preferably polytechnic/ITE graduate/university graduates in a related field of study
(Transportation/Logistics, Business Admin etc)
