- Job Description
We are looking for intern to support our procurement department.
Responsibilities:
- Translating of Japanese Documents
- Contacting Japanese speaking suppliers to check for product quality and quotation
- Processing/Filing purchasing documents
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Translator, Japanese JLPT1/JLPT2
- Able to read, write and speak Japanese and English to support procurement department and vice versa
- Able to converse in Mandarin with other counter parts like Chinese speaking clients
- Good at MS Excel and WORD
- Able to commit at least 6 months
