• Updating Web Documentation: HTML, Java, .asp
• Organizing, consolidating and updating of Product Technical information/comparision guide
• Content/Search optimisation:
• Observation & Webtrain portal enhancement: interface, page load, HTML coding and UAT
• Internal ePortal: site maintenance and update: HTML, Java, .asp
Data mining
• Online Sales and Technical Survey data-mining
- TS/OLS survey extraction/categorization
- case lookup summarization
- coaching log report
