We are
looking for Customer Support Officers that will be stationed in Smart
City Medini near Johor, Malaysia. The role would have you helping our
clients to install, configure, test and adopt our software.
You
will be our front-line support that will respond to issues reported via
phone or email and ensuring all issues are expediently addressed,
resolved, and documented. We’re depending on a great candidate like you
to truly delight our customers!
Here's what we are looking for:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent people & customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience working in related industries would be preferable.
- Excellent command of English proficiency in both oral and written.
- A self-starter, fast & agile learner, and keeping up with the trends.
- Have a good time management to fulfill the deadlines.
- Ability to speak Mandarin in oral and written to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparties will be a big bonus.
