You ll work closely with our world-class user experience designers, instructional design experts and clients all over the world to develop international learning software solutions. We are going to put you into working in a fantastic environment in Smart City Medini near Johor, Malaysia that has world-class facilities. You will be working with us over there with the team to develop and improve current software, launch product extensions, and develop exciting new products.
The role will allow you to contribute directly to the evolution of our educational software and methodology that is currently adopted by thousands of learners worldwide. You will also enjoy an immense opportunity to grow as you have the freedom to participate in key product decisions.QualificationsOther InformationHere's what we are looking for:
- Must possess Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading software teams
- Experience in software team management methodologies will be a big bonus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience working in related industries would be preferable.
- Excellent command of English proficiency in both oral and written.
- Excellent troubleshooting skill.
- Have passion in coding and problem solving.
- A self-starter, fast & agile learner, and keeping up with the trends.
- Have a strong analytical and coding skills.
- Have a good time management to fulfill the deadlines.
- Ability to speak Mandarin in oral and written to liaise with mandarin-speaking counterparties will be a big bonus.
