We re looking for Human Resources Manager who will perform human resources work for the Odinsoft group. Work involves administering human resource management and recruitment programs, as well as internal staff management.
This position will be responsible for organizing and planning company's training programmes as well as analyzing wage and salary reports to determine competitive compensation plans.
We are going to put you into working in a fantastic environment in Smart City Medini near Johor, Malaysia that has world-class facilities and you will be charged with helping us grow, nurture and groom a world-class, global team there.QualificationsOther InformationHere s what we are looking for:
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development, Law, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge in current Malaysian Labor Regulation is preferred.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work either independently or with a team.
- Excellent command of English proficiency in both oral and written.
- Good presentation skills and good analytical mindset.
- Ability to speak Mandarin in oral and written to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparties will be a big bonus.
