Alpha Manpower Pte Ltd – Operation Officer – Airfreight, Export Operations

To assist the Export Operations Executive

• Prepare HAWB, Cargo Label, sorts documents and sent Pre-Alert to oversea office and customers before flight

departure.

• Performs job registration in in-house freight management system.

• Complies with handling instructions from Urgent List.

• Performs any other duties as assigned by Export Operations Executive.

• Ensure export cargoes are lodge in before LAT time.

Requirement

• Minimum GCE " N " or " O " level / Diploma Holder.

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience.

• “ O “ or “ N “ level and above with at least 1-2 years relevant working experience..

• Computer Knowledge

• Proactive individual with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Airfreight Industry

• Able to work under tight deadlines.

• Able to work comfortably with numbers.

• Able to deal with staff firmly while maintaining good working relationship
