- Account Executive (Kaki Bukit)- $2500
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day checking of delivery orders for purchases or sales
- Handle accounts payable/receivables/cash management functions
- Assist to obtain approvals from dept heads on invoices for purchases/billing requests before preparing payments/invoices
- Prepare & enter all invoices/receipts/payments in the Oracle Accounts Receivables/Payable System
- Perform monthly Accounts Receivables/Payable/Bank closing reconciliations for transferring to Oracle General Ledger
- Process and verify payments/invoices/purchase orders/delivery orders and follow up on discrepancies with vendors, customers or sales persons
- Maintaining customers’ and suppliers’ database in Oracle system
- Preparation of balance sheets, income and expenses schedules
- Responsible for specific duties or project as assigned by the supervisor
- Compile data for statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable / receivable, and profits and losses.
- Complete tax forms and returns (GST) and other government documents.
- Ensure reports and procedures are in compliance with Financial Reporting Standards(FRS) and the company’s accounting policies.
- Attend to queries from auditors
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:- Knowledge on Accounting Oracle is an advantage
- Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a dynamic team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI or equivalent
- Willing to travel overseas for short term projects
