Alpha Man Power – Assistant QC Officer

Responsibilities:

·         Analysis of environmental, raw material, in process and finished product according to SOP and Testing Methods                                  

·         Ensure Full QC Coverage at Night Shift  ( General lab support including housekeeping, equipment maintenance and inventory suppliers etc) 

·         Verification Online Data and Documentation of results in accordance with GMP                                                       

·         Owner of statistical process control and Implementation( work closely with Production Personnel in the establishment and maintenance of SPC systems include review of SPC data, control limits and sampling requirements)              

·         Problem solving of analytical methods as well as troubleshooting equipment           

·         Hygiene Monitoring                                                                                          

·         To perform Cross functional investigations and follow up with CAPA                                                                       

·         Train other analyst on methods                                                                                                 

·         Prioritize workload                                                                                                                   

·         Review Routine data with supervisory audit         

Requirements:           

·         Must be able to work night shift

·         Diploma  in Food Technology/ Industrial Engineering                                                       

·         Preferably 3 years relevant experience in Food Manufacturing Industry

·         Good knowledge of statistical problem solving methodologies like FMEA, DOE and SP

·         Knowledge of qualification/validation is preferred.                                     

·         Experience in food testing standard will be advantageous
