Space Planning & detailing drafting
3D perspective drawings
Material selection and preparing of material boards for presentation
Taking of site measurements/verification for design proposals
Creative with strong conceptualization development and space planning skills
Good knowledge of materials application
Passionate, creative, meticulous with a positive work attitude
Proficient in, AutoCad, ADOBE Photoshop/Illustrator, 3D max or google sketch up + Vray
Requirements:
Diploma holders in related field
With or without experience
Salary package commensurate with capability & years of experience
Strong coordination skill
Experience in cost control and contract administration for civil/building engineering
Good working knowledge in contract law
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn and committed to accomplish project deadline
