- Job Description
- Responsibilities- Serving customers at the sales counter- Picking cakes from chiller display case, placing them in cake boxes for takeaway.- Liaising with chef for special or urgent orders.- Informing the kitchen when products run low, displaying and replenishing products for sale in the showcase.- Taking online and phone orders, and follow up by contacting customers to confirm or for pick-up- Update advance orders in order book.- Proper book-keeping of all invoices, receipts, credit card charge slips and settlement receipts.
