Responsibilities- Assist in email marketing – Involved in strategizing, conceptualizing, executing and reporting on CRM email programs. Work closely with marketing team to optimize the email channel in driving engagement and revenue.
- Assist in analytics & customer behaviour – Review campaign metrics and performance. Provide customer behaviour insights and leverage on these to increase targeting.
- Keep abreast of trends and best practices in CRM to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns.
Requirements- Strong command of English
- Good project management skills
- Analytical ability – comfortable with managing data
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HTML will be a bonus
