Our Maisons™ encompass several of the most prestigious names in the luxury industry including Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Piaget, Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger-LeCoultre, IWC Schaffhausen, Panerai and Montblanc.

We are now looking for an intern to assist in the retail department of Jaeger-LeCoultre.

MAIN PURPOSE

Manage the planning, strategy design & execution of customers service operational process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Manage all client extractions, campaigns and reporting on CRM Program:

-       Events

-       Mailings

-       Emailing campaigns

-       Birthdays-Anniversary

-       sending extracted list to boutiques for boutiques to send cards to clients

-       sending of letters & compilation of result

·         Marketing requests

·         Develop CRM action plans for boutiques

§ Key responsibility

·       Generating of Reports

·       CRM one-page report and strategic plan

§ Key responsibility

·       Maintenance of customers contact cards

·       Clean-up of data (correction & duplication)

§ Key responsibility

·       Contact centre

·       Main contact person

·       Liaise and follow up with respective departments on complaints or issues from contact centre

·       Mailing of catalogues

§ Key responsibility

·       CRM Gifts & Tools Ordering and consolidating orders from all relevant departments.

§ Key responsibility

·       Support Retail Manager in all aspects of operational Retail operations, mainly:

-       Regional CRM actions

-       Regional boutique management (Vietnam, Cambodia, Australia, Thailand)
