- CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Marketing Executive Intern
Job Summary
We’re looking for a data-savvy and creative marketing intern to deliver the best shopping experience and engagement to our customers.You’re perfect for the job if you
Enjoy writing and passionate about fashion and e-commerce
Thrive in a fast-moving organization
Are able to multi-task and are detail-oriented
Want to gain hands-on experience with content strategizing and executing of CRM programs
Responsibilities
Assist in email marketing – Involved in strategizing, conceptualizing, executing and reporting on CRM email programs. Work closely with marketing team to optimize the email channel in driving engagement and revenue.
Assist in analytics & customer behaviour – Review campaign metrics and performance. Provide customer behaviour insights and leverage on these to increase targeting.
Keep abreast of trends and best practices in CRM to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns.
Requirements
Strong command of English
Good project management skills
Analytical ability – comfortable with managing data
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HTML will be a bonusTECHNICAL SYSTEMS BACKGROUND
