Job summary

In the rapidly growing E-commerce sector in Southeast Asia, strong Customer Relationships are key to ensuring the success of businesses, and data has become king in the application of analyses and execution of strategies.

Summary of essential job functions

  • ·         Develop strong understanding of customer experience via outbound marketing touch points from an e-commerce perspective

·         Conduct customer centric data analyses to effectively profile customers and their behavior, and  provide suggested course of actions to more efficiently target or improve customer experience

·         Equate analyses into test procedures to carry through and execute findings

·         Regularly analyse reports to evaluate performance and identify areas of improvement

·         Communicate across multiple teams to identify, rectify and guide operational execution with immediate effect to the business performance

Job requirements

·         Strong willingness to learn and grow independently

·         Strong interest in being at the forefront of e-commerce

·         Meticulous and able to think critically

·         Enjoy the challenges of a fast-paced environment

·         Able to handle data comfortably and relate them to qualitative aspects of work

·         Experience with Excel is a plus
