CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Marketing Executive Intern

Responsibilities

 Assist in email marketing – Involved in strategizing, conceptualizing, executing and reporting on CRM email programs. Work closely with marketing team to optimize the email channel in driving engagement and revenue.

 Assist in analytics & customer behaviour – Review campaign metrics and performance. Provide customer behaviour insights and leverage on these to increase targeting.

 Keep abreast of trends and best practices in CRM to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns.

Requirements

 Strong command of English

 Good project management skills

 Analytical ability – comfortable with managing data

 Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HTML will be a bonus
