We are looking to add customer service oriented Retail Associates to our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage our customers and create memorable personalized experiences
- Acquire good knowledge and understanding of our company and products
- Share the unique prepositions of our products to potential customers
- Assist in our events setup
- Work as a team to provide inputs to improve our brand experience
- Opportunities to network and interact with customers at prestigious events
Requirements:
- Well groomed and polite mannerism
- Possess drive, initiative and a passion for learning and change
- Quick-witted and able to think on the spot
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
- Candidates with past sales experience are preferred
